People always ask me what supplements i use. first of all i would like to say that no supplement is magic and your going to have to work hard to get results. having that said. there are a few supplements that i belave will give you a tremendouse advantage! I would say that 80% of all the supplements in GNC are pure bullshit to market suckers into waisting there hard earned money. Here is a list of supplements that i uses everyday and truly believe in.
