We're actually going to change it up and do some pool swimming cardio today ! My boy Mark showed me some swimming cardio that I want to share with you guys.
Swim straight for as fast as you can and back. (Average sized pool. Not too big).
Rest for 15 seconds.
Swim straight and back again.
Proving that black people can swim!
