Everyday I see people doing hours of cardio. Unless you are a professional athlete, that shit is totally uncalled for. I do less cardio that most people and I'm 4% body fat! Genetics and an extreme nutrition plan have alot to do with it, but the main reason I maintain such a low body fat it because I do only 10 minutes of cardio per day!!!! I know what your thinking, "That is not enough cardio mutha-f*cka!!!". well your wrong.
