Abs Training (How To Get The Six Pack)

<p>We've talked about how to eat for faster fat loss, and how to lift in  way that encourages fat loss while maintaining - even <em>building</em> - lean muscle..</p><p>Now it's time to get to the workouts that target the abs and core directly!.</p><p>The workouts below can be standalone, or can be added to your existing weight training program..</p><p><em>(Though, I'd highly recommend you follow the weight training program I outline in my <a href="http://big.brandoncarter.com/special-offers/get-ripped-fast/">Get Ripped Fast</a> course for the best results.)</em>.</p><p><strong>I suggest working abs every other day. </strong>.</p><p>I know that some people recommend training abs <em>everyday</em>, but I have gotten the best results for my clients and myself by training abs every other day..</p><p>The days that you don’t work abs, you will be doing cardio workouts to speed fat loss..</p><p><u>Example:</u>.</p><p><p style="padding-left: 30px;">Day #1 (Abs).</p><p><p style="padding-left: 30px;">Day # 2 (Cardio).</p><p><p style="padding-left: 30px;">Day #3 (Abs).</p><p><p style="padding-left: 30px;">Day #4 (Cardio).</p><p><p style="padding-left: 30px;">Day #5 (Abs).</p><p><p style="padding-left: 30px;">Day #6 (Cardio).</p><p><p style="padding-left: 30px;">Day #7 (Rest).</p><p>All of the workouts below are quick 15-minute workouts that you can do anywhere (even at home)..</p><p><strong>Quick Note:</strong> we will not track the amount of reps that we do for each set...
