<p>LTF workouts are broken into two phases. Phase one is the strength phase. During this six-week period, we’ll focus on building raw strength. In phase two we move onto supersets, two exercises performed back-to-back to tax your muscles. Forget the standard tradition of eating three meals per day. On LTF, you’ll eat six meals per day, especially on workout days. We’ll also show you how to incorporate exactly the right amount of protein, fat, and carbs into each meal..</p><p>The LTF nutrition plan mirrors the workouts and is broken into two six-week phases. In phase one, we’ll focus on building muscle by incorporating a healthy amount of carbs into our diets. In phase two, we’ll look to shred our bodies by decreasing the amount of carbs we consume and lengthening our Metcon workouts.
