Why this workout rocks!

The abs are a collection of muscles, not just one giant six pack in the middle. And these exercises are designed to test every angle of the abdomen. The twisting, lifting, reach and crunch really pack a powerful crunch.

Another effective part of this workout is the time interval. Once you set a clock your body immediately grabs it and tries to get the most out of it. That clock serves as the gamification tool to really get your body to perform at its highest. Telling you to do 15 superman planks doesn't have the intensity of asking you to rock it in 20 seconds.

Finally this six pack abs workout plan by which these exercises come and go adds a cardio element to the routine. Cardio is the calorie burning force that is going to help lift off the veil of fat so you can see the shining abs on the hill.

Then What?
