This workout today is real intense and its not for the faint of heart. If you are an rookie or an intermediate then you should attempt to do easier modified versions of the exercise.

X-Mans (20 seconds)
Rest (10 seconds)
Jump Squats (20 seconds)
Rest (10 seconds)
Clapping Push Ups (20 seconds)
Rest (10 seconds)
Twisting Side Lunge (20 seconds)
Rest (10 seconds)
X-Mans (20 seconds)
Rest (10 seconds)
Jump Squats (20 seconds)
Rest (10 seconds)
Clapping Push Ups (20 seconds)
Rest (10 seconds)
Twisting Side Lunge (20 seconds)

Don't worry if you couldn't do it perfectly because even I was having trouble. Just go hard and try your best.
